3D Printing
Having a prototype of a part prior to manufacturing is vital for peace of mind, and a 3D printer can bring your ideas or products to life.
A wide range of colours are available.
Where high-resolution prints are required, the ability to print up to 100 microns can capture even the smallest of detail.

Components and designs can be rendered to help visualize the end product.
This can assist with:
• renders for websites, marketing material, and brochures
• visualizing a part in a range of different colours
• renders of larger assemblies for conceptual layouts, or to aid with installation

Point & Laser Scanning
Along with Reverse Engineering, existing or concept parts can be point or laser scanned into a polygon mesh or point cloud, ready to 3D model. This is the most accurate means to ensure every detail of a part is captured, ready for the CAD design process. Once the data is imported into the CAD system, a watertight 3D model is produced over the original scan data. Parts of the scan can be copied exactly, and the remaining areas can be revised and blended back into the existing shapes.
