Surface Design – Marine Design – Automotive Design – Layout Design
Product Design – Packaging Design
Using advanced software, complex freeform shapes can be created quickly, efficiently, and with the flexibility to be altered as required. This also includes the creation of “Class A” surfaces which:
• deliver smoothness, • are visually appealing, and • aerodynamic. |
Freeform surfacing can assist with cost effective shape design, to suit individual requirements including automotive, marine or product design.

Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineering capabilities enable the generation of CAD models from existing objects.
Advanced software can directly import the appropriate data acquired through scanning.
Data can then be evaluated and prepared for faster modelling.

Structural Design
Structural CAD models and assemblies for a vast range of applications, using the required standards and materials, can be created.
These CAD designs can then be used to create fully detailed drawings and layouts, along with itemized lists and Bills of Materials to aid with fabrication and the purchasing of materials.

Engineering & Mechanical Design
Alongside freeform surface design, traditional design techniques can also be provided to produce engineering and mechanical components. This may involve either single parts or large complex assemblies, where components are required to interact with each other or other assemblies. Parts can be designed to the required standard which includes the appropriate mating interference and their tolerances.
Sheet Metal Design
Sheet metal parts based on material properties and manufacturing processes can be effectively created. Advanced software can represent a model as a formed component and a flattened blank shape, which allows models to be worked on at any stage of the fabrication process. This software also creates accurate flat patterns which can be exported straight to a file, ready for laser or plasma cutting.
Packaging Design
This can include rendering the packaging at the point of sale and nesting parts efficiently for shipping.

Assistance can be provided with packaging the final product, once the design and drafting of a part has been finalized.
